Treyarch has exciting news for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 fans. The much-loved Stakeout 24/7 playlist is making a comeback on November 27. This coincides with the launch of a 2XP event and the return of the popular game mode, Prop Hunt.
Mark your calendars for 1 p.m. Eastern (or 6 p.m. GMT) for the go-live. Although, don’t be surprised if it kicks off a bit earlier, as has been the case recently. But rest assured, it won’t be any later than that.

The chaos and adrenaline of the Stakeout map, a standout favorite among the Call of Duty community, is back once more. Despite a mix of opinions on the variety of maps in Black Ops 6, Stakeout, alongside Nuketown, has managed to carve a niche for itself among fans. At first, it seemed overwhelming, but after giving it another shot, the fast-paced action became addictive.
The map is a small, intense battlefield with barely any room to catch your breath. Lingering too long means you’re bound for trouble. It’s no wonder players were upset when Treyarch removed the previous Stakeout 24/7 playlist. Thankfully, they’ve listened and are reintroducing it, now alongside the Hardcore Stakeout 24/7, on November 27, just in time for an added 2XP event and Prop Hunt’s return.
Expect the playlists to be updated around 1 p.m. Eastern (or 6 p.m. GMT), even though recent trends suggest it could happen earlier. You’ll be able to dive into a variety of game modes available on Stakeout, such as Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, Kill Order, and Domination.

Stakeout also presents an excellent opportunity for those hunting for camo challenges. Its size and swift matches make it one of the best maps for earning camo achievements, especially for higher tiers like gold and above, where players move beyond simple headshots.
For instance, the gold camo requires ten double kills with a weapon, something much more achievable on Stakeout than other maps. As you advance to diamond camo, involving getting three consecutive kills without dying ten times, the map’s layout can be leveraged to meet these goals quickly if you know your way around.
On a personal note, I’ve been somewhat lax in my camo challenge endeavors, but I’ll be immersing myself in Stakeout during the upcoming playlist event, eager to check off as many challenges as possible.
