There’s a lot happening right now, especially with the new Mario & Luigi game making waves here in the U.S. To prepare for all the action-packed fun, we’re taking a closer look at the games we’ve been immersed in lately.
At the beginning of this episode, both Alex and Casey share their experiences with Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket. This new app is really captivating, combining card collecting and battling in a way that’s incredibly enjoyable. Next, we explore Slay the Princess—a visual novel that intriguing blends elements of horror, drama, and metacommentary. Perry has been digging into some quirky classic platformers like Aero the Acro-Bat, Aero the Acro-Bat 2, and Zero the Kamikaze Squirrel. And finally, Alex provides his impressions on the Switch version of Sonic X Shadow Generations. It’s a fantastic game, though the port is just okay.
