We’ll have to hold our horses a little longer for those fresh Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora achievements, as the Secrets of the Spires story pack has hit a slight delay. Luckily, it’s just a minor setback, and we can now expect the DLC to drop on November 28.
Secrets of the Spires story pack arrives November 28
Initially pegged for a November 26 release, Secrets of the Spires faced a last-minute hiccup. According to the Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora team, they’ve encountered a “critical last-minute issue.” In a message posted on X, the developers shared, "We understand many of you are eagerly anticipating this new adventure in the Western Frontier. We’re sorry for the delay, but our top priority is to ensure a high-quality, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our players." You’ll be able to dive into the DLC when it starts rolling out on November 28 at 8am UTC / 9am CET / 12am PT.
Details about the new story pack are still scarce, but we do know that it takes us to a mountainous area called the Spires of the Clouded Forest, promising some thrilling aerial combat. What’s clear, though, is that there will be five new achievements to earn, thanks to quest completions and the unlocking of Sky Hunter skills.
It’s reassuring that Secrets of the Spires is arriving later this week on November 28, without a lengthy delay. Given the already extensive list of Xbox games pushed out of 2024, it’s good to know we won’t be waiting too long for this new content.
