Ever since December 3, 2015, I’ve been eagerly awaiting this particular week.
Last week’s roundup had a notable absence: the early Konami shooter Juno First. But don’t mix it up with the famous Elliot Page film that snagged an Academy Award.
It’s been just over nine years since I first covered the downloads for Xenoblade Chronicles X, not long after I had the chance to review it. Now, it’s making a comeback on a platform people actually use. I’m taking my time with this one, so don’t expect my review until Easter. It’s going to eat up my schedule for the next few weeks, starting Thursday. But that’s just how it goes.
Going head-to-head with Xenoblade Chronicles X this week are other RPG contenders like MLB The Show 25, now available in its standard edition, and Atelier Yumia, which my colleague Allyson is currently reviewing. There’s also the fast-paced Assault Suit Leynos 2, not to mention the week’s EggConsole title, a shooter called Gulkave, which promises to be quite playable too.
